Return Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please examine your order carefully and report any discrepancies immediately. We will gladly make any necessary corrections.
If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it within 14 days for a refund on the purchase price. We ask that you please e-mail us (info@family-centered.com) first to let us know what you are returning and when you are sending it.
All returned items must be in new and saleable condition and accompanied by a copy of the receipt.
A $5.00 restocking/processing fee applies to all returns.
