2009/2010
The calendar begins the at the very top with the 1st Sunday of Advent (Nov. 29th this year). Sundays of the year form the outer circle, and each spoke of the wheel represents a week, although the software I use to create it starts the week on a Monday so the calendar jumps to the inside circle for Monday and moves up from there. The seasons are defined by colors as are solemnities, feasts and memorials of the saints.
The calendar is based upon the General Roman Calendar, promulgated by Pope Paul VI on February 14, 1969, subsequently amended by Pope John Paul II, and the Particular Calendar for the Dioceses of the United States of America, approved by the National Conference of Catholic Bishops.

Very clever..
WONDERFUL!
I have been looking for such a “wheel” at least 2 weeks now.
Thank you, Michele, for sharing.
Oh, thank you Michele! This is exactly what I was (unsuccessfully) trying to do…thank you so very much for the helping hand! May God abundantly bless your new liturgical year!!
Oh, this is so great, exactly what I need to pull this off! Thank you so much for sharing this!
Oh Yay! Thank you so much, Michele. I was going to order an LTP calendar and thought, maybe we should make one this year instead. This is perfect!
[...] liturgical year activities through end of Jan. Michele just shared a make-your-own liturgical year wheel, which would be perfect. I was going to order another one from LTP for this year, but thought [...]
Very cool! Thanks!
Very nice, Michele–thank you!
How neat … I will definitely try this out!
So happy to have found this to use with the bulletin boards in our Children’s Liturgy space. Many thanks!
I think children learn more by doing. So I like to have them make/fill out the liturgical calendar themselves. This templet is perfect for that. Thank you.
Thank you so much for posting this! It’s EXACTLY what I was hoping to find–and you’ve even made it current for this year! Thank you so much. I’ll definitely be sharing this link with friends. God bless you!
