Please pray for those who are in the path of hurricane Gustav and the strengthening tropical storm Hanna. While we hope it all comes to nothing I can imagine the anxiety so many there must have.
Ellen asked me in a previous post how the newlyweds were. They’re fine. Did I mention that they are moving to New Orleans in a the next week or so? Yeah I’m a little nervous. . .

I am glad to hear that they are doing well, but sorry to hear that they are moving so far away. I will pray that their move goes well and that they settle in and adjust easily to the Big Easy!

Oh my goodness. Moving to New Orleans? They will be in our prayers. We always said we were glad we lived for our stint down there right after one hurricane season ended and right before another started. We still have many friends down there if they would like any contact info for some young solid Catholics to get in touch with.
