PatternReview Top Ten Challenge

PatternReview.com is sponsoring a Top Ten Challenge, to be held at the American Sewing Expo in Novi, Michigan on September 26, 2009.
- Participants must create a garment using one of the Best Patterns of 2008 and submit a photo of it by Aug. 15th (with $5 entry fee).
- Finalists will be notified by August 22nd, 2009 and will need to send their garment to the American Sewing Expo by September 1st, 2009.
- A runway fashion show of all finalists will take place at the American Sewing Expo on Saturday September 26, 2009. Contestants will be asked to model their garments or models will be provided.
- The entries will be judged by Sandra Betzina, Kenneth King and Pati Palmer
GRAND PRIZE : $1,000 Gift Certificate from 
Prizes in other Categories
- Best Construction: $250 GC from Simplicity Patterns
- Most Creative: $250 GC from Greenberg & Hammer New York
- Judges Favorite: TBD
Hmm..sounds like fun! I am a garment sewer at heart and I happen to have a few of those top 10 patterns already. . .
