Observations of a 6 yr. old. . .
while dreamily staring out the backdoor window this morning.Her: “Mom, I think we have the biggest family on the block.”
Me: “Uh, well honey we don’t know that for sure but yes it’s quite likely.”
Her: “And I think we have the biggest tree on the block too!”
Me [looking out the window to the tree in the backyard and taking a quick scan of the surrounding neighborhood trees]:
“Why yes dear I think we do”
Children are so observant!
