I have pictures to share and much I’d like to say but really not enough time or brain power to do it.
So I’m just posting pictures with short commentary. Look for many more this week from other bloggers who were here but keep in mind that some of them are still here and others may have just arrived home and it could take them a while. Me, I have a wedding to prepare for!
CD’s of all the speakers talks (5) are ready and will be available for sale on the Family-Centered Press website sometime tomorrow. Bear with me please as I have 35 planner orders to get out as well.

The Family-Centered picnic on Friday was a great success. It was potluck and we had tons of food. No one went hungry. Thank you everyone for your generosity!
I’m posting all the images as thumbnails. Just click on them to get a larger view. Some of the pictures are great, some are poor quality –I apologize for that.
I loved this. If anyone wasn’t sure where the pavilion was we were easily found by all the large vehicles. . .
and pro-life bumper stickers!
The conference on Saturday was great. The speakers were truly fabulous! I could not have asked for a better group. Every single speaker was engaging and interesting. Thank you ladies for doing such a wonderful job!
That last shot is my son Kyle who did a truly great job of recording the talks, and quickly getting them cleaned up and burned to CDs. Thank you Kyle!
Thank you to Mary Ellen who was a tremendous help to me over this last year of preparation. And a very special thank you to Sally Morgan and Yvette Freeman. Two dear friends who did a wonderful job of organizing and serving both breakfast and lunch. Most of all thank you to my dear husband Tim. Who has been both patient and helpful, as always.
Thank you to everyone who came. I know there were many of you who wanted to be here but simply couldn’t. We missed you.
So everyone keeps asking me “Will there be another one next year?”
Maybe.

Terrific pictures! I so wish I could have been there to meet all of you lovely ladies. True friends.
And, here in our parts, we call those large vehicles “Catholic limousines”!

Dearest Michelle,
The conference was simply wonderful! You are amazing. Many, many thanks to you and Mary Ellen for all of your hard work and many hours spent to make it such a success. Thanks, too, to Alice, Margot, Mary Ellen, and Meredith for their inspiring words of wisdom. And yet another thanks to Sally and Yvette for the delicious meals.
Beautiful town, beautiful venue, beautiful hostess, beautiful speakers, beautiful friends - I am so, so, so glad I decided to come - it was an amazing weekend!
God bless you, Michelle, and everyone involved!
If there is a conference next year, I will be there!
Love,
Erica in San Diego

I am one of those who desperately wanted to come, but just couldn’t this year! (couldn’t justify the 3-day trip, gas expenses, and time away from my baby…) Thank you for posting the pictures, and for making the CDs available!

Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend! All of your hard work and planning turned out so beautifully and we are very grateful. Your pictures are all lovely and yes, that’s how we found the right pavilion. My girls are still talking about your Maggie.

Michele,
Again, I am so sorry we got lost and missed most of the picnic! But I will never forget the warm and beautiful welcome you offered when we finally arrived. The conference was fantastic, and meeting you and so many online friends in person was more-than-great. Congratulations on putting on a wonderful conference. You’re amazing and inspiring!
Love,
Karen
