Cooper’s Hawk
We got some great shots of this Cooper’s Hawk the other day. It had just killed another bird and was feasting on it while perched on the phone wires outside our home.
You can see a little bit of the “kill” at the bottom of the picture but I’ll spare you the really graphic shots my 16 yr. old son took.
