Conference notes

Well it’s over and I am exhausted . . .still, and it’s Wednesday already!

Rather than take up huge amounts of space here I have posted the pictures on a separate page.

Overall the conference went well. There were a few glitches; hubby hurt his back during set-up on Friday and our attendance numbers weren’t what we had hoped for, but in the end I think those who attended felt it was worthwhile.

For those who asked about the tapes being talked I am sorry to report that we just weren’t able to get that set-up working.

if you are wondering if there will be a conference next year the only answer I can give at this time is that I don’t know. I won’t be able to do what I did this year because I am having a baby in Dec. and I have no intention of adding such a large project to my life and letting it shift my focus from my family and such a very important event. But there are some who have expressed interest and shared ideas for doing things another way next year and if that comes to fruition I’ll certainly let it be known.

Thank you to everyone who attended, to the vendors who make having a conference even possible and to the speakers who gave so generously of their time.

Thanks especially to my husband Tim for his support and ongoing practical help as well as my dear friends Sally and Yvette without whose help (and husband’s help - thanks Patrick and Jim!) I could not have managed.
