Outside: Winter has arrived –maybe not officially but the weather certainly says winter. This morning is overcast and cold though I was really hoping for some sunshine after yesterday’s rain.  The forecast says partly cloudy but currently all I am seeing is the cloudy. Ballerina birthday

My baby turned three today. I made her a leotard and ballet slippers as a birthday gift (the skirt was a thrift store find).  The slippers took three attempts until I got them right but the end result was good.   She loves them so that’s what matters.  The leotard was a bit small on her though.   Since it was a surprise I wasn’t able to try it on her ahead of time.  Turns out she’s not as...
