My planners –the August 2009-July 2010– are ALL sold out. I’m sorry. They have been on sale since April and I really don’t have any left. No, we will not be doing another print run –it’s just too late in the season.
But don’t despair! The January – December 2010 planners will be available by mid- Sept. and they will be available in BOTH large and small sizes...

Today the Church rejoices in the exaltation of the humble handmaid of the Lord. The feast of the Assumption is the greatest of Mary’s feastdays. I finally took pictures of some of my recent sewing projects.
I made this bias cut skirt with the fabric that was meant for last summer’s Mother of the Groom dress. The pattern is McCall’s 4018 (which is out of print) There’s a zipper up the back and a simple waistline facing. This is a really nice summer skirt. Breezy, cool and comfortable.
This top is New Look 6735 –rated as...

I delivered the altar linens yesterday. They aren’t perfect but I did my best. There were four larger cloths and six corporals. As you can see they are very simple, the biggest challenge being getting all the dimensions right and taking the time to make sure were straight on the grain before cutting.
