I hadn’t seen this site yet when someone sent me an invite a few days ago.
It’s nice and I really like its look —clean and fresh. Easy to use and navigate. It’s kind of like a “My Space” or “Facebook” for Blogger Moms.
They have groups too and I’ve formed one for Catholic Moms . Check it out and join...

“I want holy, I want lovely, I want grace. I want passion, I want poetry and coffee.”
Christine Dente —I Want Everything

I know I haven’t done 24 days by any stretch
—but it’s the 24th so . . .
I was taking product images today —which is rather tiring— and took this shot as a way to show the various planner thicknesses according to what’s in them.
I love how it turned out. I took it outside with white poster board as a backdrop.
.The final image (I added words) can be seen here as well as a few...

Our oldest son Timothy has asked his girlfriend Carolyn to marry him and she has said yes!
We are truly very happy for them!
Carolyn is a wonderful young woman and we welcome her to our family with open arms.
Congratulations Timothy and Carolyn —we love you both!
.In case you’re wondering, yes this is the son who entered the seminary in August of 2005. He finished a year there but didn’t feel he...

Yes I’m still harping on that.
We watched this program a few nights ago after I found the DVD at our library (but it’s available on the PBS website in its entirety).
VERY interesting. It brings up all kinds of issues worth discussing. I recommend...

‘m behind. . .such is the story of my life.
I’ve been taking photos but resizing and uploading I have not had time for. I’ve been too busy working on planners
I’m done there for the moment so let’s get back to my regular photos:____________________________
This is from a few weeks ago at our parish “coffee house”. My daughter and a longtime friend danced for us.

A Catholic Framework for Economic Life
A Statement of the U.S. Catholic Bishops
November 1996
As followers of Jesus Christ and participants in a powerful economy, Catholics in the United
States are called to work for greater economic justice in the face of persistent poverty, growing
income-gaps, and increasing discussion of economic issues in the US and around the world. We
urge Catholics to use the following...
