I’m a little late posting this but be sure you don’t miss the Book Walk Bonanza Cay Gibson’s throwing this week for everyone who has purchased A Picture Perfect Childhood through the month of January.
Yep, everyone who ordered a copy of A Picture Perfect Childhood this month will have their name put into the Book Walk Cake Bowl for four drawings of picture books donated by Flashlight Press.

I tend get a good many e-mails that have a similar theme: “Help! I forgot to order a planner and now my life is falling apart – I need one ASAP!”. Of course I am happy to oblige but as I told my hubby today sometimes it’s pretty funny. I almost feel like a bit of a pusher. So the news comes on and they start listing the headlines, one of which is that scientists have now cloned human embryos from skin cells. So I sit up to listen and find out that apparently there is an even bigger story in our area and that is the 2 inches of snow we got today! Uh . . . huh? I mean it’s not like we don’t get snow here in the winter. It is January after all. But apparently that is...

I’m trying to get some work done. There’s always so much to do. Oversee lessons, update RCIA paperwork, fill orders, work on various projects and of course normal everyday household management. But I have this tiny little person in pink who toddles over to me every 5 minutes or so to sit on my lap for a cuddle. . .and who can resist that? Better still, why would I want to? Pardon me as I type one...
